The first one I'd cut would be chicken. The second would be hard.

hmmm. dunno
Yeah, it's a tough call with beef/pork, but cutting chicken is an easy call. I'm not sure why so many people vote for it. Though it is what people order when they don't know what they really want, so it's certainly got some versatility (really meaning the meat itself is bland, so it can go with anything).

As someone else said, it's really just the fried chicken and wings that can't be easily replaced with better options from beef and/or pork.

My first instinct was beef. .. Easy. .. But then I actually thought about it. Pork is the only possible answer. Only reason I could see picking the others is if you are allergic to pork.
Slicked Brisket > Pulled Pork

Steak > Pork tenderloin

Spare ribs > Beef Ribs

Bacon > Hamburger

Tough call... I give a slight edge to beef for the 1-2 punch of filet/ribeye and then brisket.

In addition, the processing involves them being bathed in a hot water tank that's full of feces and disease so they soak up the "water" to make the meat look fatter. In other words, a good 30% of the meat you're eating is really feces and e coli water absorbed into the real meat.
I don't think you understand how brining works... it's a saline environment where bacteria (including e Coli) struggle to live

Oh I understand the process quite well. The water is absolutely nasty, so much so that the process has been banned in many countries outside the U.S. and starting to be banned here too.

Hey hippie, we're talking about the greatness of bacon and burgers in here, and we don't need any weirdos to greenify the thread with kale and other leafy bull####

Go make a salad, krishna.

Slather up some pork ribs with Sweet Baby Ray's > beef ribs any day.

I can replace hamburgers with pork roll and a crock pot full of sausage and peppers can replace chicken wings. I'd probably miss my chili and my beef jerky the most. Maybe try some pork jerky?

I can't imagine going forever without a nice juicy burger. I get a craving for beef that I just don't get with pork or chicken.

I find it hard to believe anybody voted for chicken. I can't eat red meat every day even if it was all grass fed. For me pork is the only choice.
