Bell, AP, Charles, Lacy (1 Viewer)

Right under Lacy

2.Peterson-Man on a crazy mission. Would rank him 1 if the team was better (and I just want to evoke the spirit of Kool-Aid Larry).

3.Charles-the alpha and omega of everything that funnels through the Chiefs offense.

4.Bell-the Suspension holds him off at least the 2 spot. His catches that gave so much value was very high. Could be sustainable but rarely is, even when it appears there is no reason to change.

I honestly don't know what to think of Charles(I know he's super talented). So few carries in so many games last year was really frustrating. I know he can go 10-100 but still he's third on this list imo...

The other two are a coin flip, super happy to get either.

Added Lacy.

1 - AP - MIN is an underrated offense this season and AP is going to go full bananas. He's 30 but had a year of no contact, just got nicely paid and is fired up. I see him putting up circa 2012 numbers. Fo real...

2 - Lacy - Elite offense with too many threats for defenses to hone in on. I see him putting up his 2nd half 2014 numbers all season long. Straight beastin.

3 - Bell / Charles - This is close for me because Charles usage/injury history scares me off as does Bell missing two games. In short seasons like FFPC/FPC, I'd go with Charles.

Lynch is a real close 5th imo.

This is a really tough question. I like them all but I would probably rank them:

1. Lacy - He got off to a rather slow start but he was an animal coming down the stretch. Safest pick at RB IMO

2. Bell - Will miss the first 2 games otherwise he would be #1, especially in PPR leagues.

3. Charles - Such a huge part of the KC offense. Injury concerns

4. AP - He was trending down in the previous 2 seasons before sitting out virtually all of 2014. Doesn't provide all that much as a receiver either.

5. Lynch - A beast but age is a concern and will Graham steal any TDs?

6. Charles

I omitted #2 because you didn't ask me to rank him.

Question: If you participated in a league with a wide-open (ie, 8-team) playoff, would that affect your ranking of Bell, since it wouldn't hurt as much to drop a couple games early while starting your RB3?

Why even have a regular season?

That's pretty much how I feel in my one friendly league where the commish insists we need 8/12 in the playoffs "to keep owners motivated." I'll take all sorts of risks in the draft there...might consider going Brady/Bell/Foster even. Can always pick up breakouts on the waiver wire to cover busts and still have a good shot at the playoffs.
