Depends on game situation. If the Bengals can exploit a rushing mismatch or are well ahead, they'll use a two back/TE set and pound the ball. With Jeremi Johnson playing below his potential and the Bengals behind as often as they've been, the three WR set has been pretty much the base offense this season.
It will probably continue to be until/unless Reggie Kelly is fully healthy and the two Johnsons start playing to form as it's clearly the best option the offense has to move the ball.
Regardless, Henry will get plenty of deep looks and third down/red zone looks.
