**Bengals at Chiefs** (-6.5, 44) 4:25 (1 Viewer)

As the father of a football kicker I approve of the way the Chiefs won this game.
Wonder if the Lions coaching staff took notes
That game was a perfect example of the psychology of points. Reid kicked one when the Chiefs were at the ten or so and down 4. He made it a one possession/any score wins game. And then kept kicking ’em and not taking chances.

Situational points.

Agreed. I know the analytics nuts will protest, but I said it in real time to my dad before they got stopped on 4th down that the Bengals should have kicked the FG and gone up 20-13. Maybe the game ends 25-20 instead of 25-17 if they kick it, or maybe the Chiefs go for it on 4th instead of making 17-16 and get stopped and get nothing. We'll never know.
