2 leagues, we have a dynasty side and the same 12 owners compete in a redraft which we hold right before the season starts so you compete in essentially 2 leagues. We like this format because sometimes it takes a new owner a couple years to compete in dynasty, at the same time you can show your chops in the redraft.
One of the newest dynasty owners from 2 years ago won the redraft league last year. Best Ball format both sides so you don't ever have to worry about setting line ups and you also do not have to fret over every little muscle cramp in practices that week.
