Our league has used this for several years and it is awesome. Seriously, if you go from a normal draft board to this thing it will blow you away. There is this cool scrolling thing at the bottom with all of the picks. It feels like you are watching your draft on ESPN. Check it out:http://www.fandraft.com/

We have used the paper boards as well as the fandraft on our tv. I'm really partial to the paper boards, the fandraft was not as visible as the paper board. Also the paper board allows the commish (me) more time to review the draft since each owner puts their own sticker on the board vs the commish clicking each player.Just my .02
I am in the market for a good paper board, any more recommendations out there?

That's understandable. We take our draft to the extreme and have fandraft projected on a big wall and running on a couple of monitors. If you are going to go with the paper draft board though the draft kit someone mentioned above is pretty good. That is what we used to use.
