Out of the 3 listed, which of these is better than the other 2 as an all-time NFL franchise?

For me, I'd rank the franchises as follows:

1.  Cowboys

2.  Steelers

3.  Packers

4.  Patriots

5.  49ers

Well these replies were a giant waste of time.  You've made some pointless threads lonestar, but this one might take the cake.

All time?  Steelers have been good for a long, long, time.  Like 50 years good.  Better than all three of the above.

Patriots aren't even in the same league as the Steelers in terms of all-time franchises.
I was gonna bring the Steelers up as well. They had a rough start, but since the ear,y 70’s they had been one of the premiere franchises.

In the Super Bowl, between these 3, it is the Cowboys.  The 49ers were good for around 15 years straight, and had a brief run with Harbaugh, but outside of that they were pretty bad.  The Patriots were absolutely terrible for the first 20 years of the super bowl era.  The Cowboys have gone 23 years since winning the super bowl but have been pretty good and I think they have a winning record in the last 23 years.  11/23 years they had a winning record, 4 years at 8-8 and 8 years with a losing record.   The Cowboys have always been in the running to some degree.
Since the 1997 season, The Cowboys have only won two playoff games. The only teams worse than that are the Bills, Bengals, Browns, Chiefs, and Lions. The Redskins have also only won 2 playoff games in that time span. During that time, the Cowboys have also appeared in zero conference championship games. The Cowboys have been average at best in total since their last Super Bowl win.

Well its not the pats....cuz besides the brady/bb era they were pretty awful
In the 30 years in the NFL before BB, the patriots had 15 winning seasons, 12 losing seasons and 3 .500 seasons. They appeared in 2 super bowls. Now they were 32 games under .500 during that time, but their record is far from pretty awful. In fact it's not too different from the Cowboys over the last 22 years (in which the Cowboys appeared in zero Super Bowls). During their periods of best success, both the Cowboys and Patriots were 5-3 in Super Bowls, the Cowboys period of success is just longer than the Patriots.
