Ah. I think your high school was a bit more hardcore then. HS was still coed and had a good portion of nuns and priests teaching but it wasn’t 60%. 
 

I did attend an all male catholic college as well. But the priests and monks there were great.

Some of the priests at my HS were awesome men and mentors, in fact one of them married my wife and I. 

A few others were sadistic, tough as nails SOBs.   

Of course the school has now totally changed with social media and helicopter parents.  There is no way the stuff that went on when I went there would fly now.  Nobody every got suspended, instead when you got in serious trouble your punishment was work  Come in on a Sat and sun and put in 8-10 hours of labor.  Like painting, grooming sports fields, scrubbing classroom floors on your hands and knees.  Any kid of maintenance that was needed.   And our parents thought it was great because they were paying for us to go there.

Senator Kamala Harris last week introduced a resolution condemning the use of the phrase “Wuhan virus” to refer to SARS-CoV-2, the deadly coronavirus that has spread from the Chinese city of Wuhan across the globe, as racist.
