Bills trade S Ko Simpson to the Lions (1 Viewer)

DetroitLions.com reports the Buffalo Bills have traded S Ko Simpson to the Detroit Lions in exchange for an undisclosed 2010 draft pick.

.I assume he will just backup Delmas at FS so probably not a lot of fantasy potential here, unless they consider moving Delmas to SS.

I wonder about Ko replacing Pearson at SS. Just wondering, I know Simpson is a FS.

so, thta pretty much locks scott in at ss and whitner in at fs, right?

or do we think byrd puts scott on the bench halfway through the season?

I think it will be a developmental year for Byrd. Probably see time in the dime defense, but yeah it looks like Scott and Whitner will be the starters for the forseeable future. Byrd is still probably the future starter though, so he could get a chance to take over at some point.
