probably tough to know unless you have killed somebody.  i would like to think this too but who knows.

You can justify it to yourself but if it ever feels easy you need help. Killing a.person is hard and it should be.

Based on what we know, I think there is at least a 99% chance he drove drunk. Anyone disagree?

He was arrested after a "gaze" test, whatever that is. It was a DUI Driving Under the Influence, not DWI. No bloodwork, no breathalyzer. He said it was a sleeping pill, so a DUI may be correct, but to say he was drunk, no one knows except for him. A sleeping pill can really mess you up.

Even if you are under the influence of narcotics be it legal or illegal it's still DUI ( same thing as DWI btw). With that being said if he wasn't actually caught driving and took no breathalyzer or sobriety tests a good attorney will get it reduced to something like negligence. Either way very poor judgement on his part not to take a cab or get a ride home.
