Interesting but we are talking 19 of the 93 they studied. Further I think their guess on probabilities leaves a bit to be desired. I'd call this a curiosity at this point not sure I can attach any real relevance to it.

I don't see anything.

Makes sense to me. In the early universe the objects were closer together, and their gravitational pull could have affected the black hole they were nearest to. Seems logical that they would align to each other.

Very cool but I don't get why this is an odd finding. Unless you don't believe in a cosmic web, wouldn't this alignment have been expected?
