Blind Bidding on Waivers (1 Viewer)

The Reytheist

I know this is incredibly subjective, but this is my first year using blind bid waivers at MFL. As a general strategy, how much do you generally spend in these situations?.

a. Some flyer tweaks here and there, at RB4 or WR5, at the beginning of the season.

b. You're bye week fill in goes down.

c. Non-essential starter goes down.

d. Stud starter down, out for season.

How much do you save for a rainy day? Do you budget for multiple occurances of any of the above?

i'm new to it this year as well. i would think you need to consider supply and demand and whether you can wait and get the player as a free agent.

I always seem to make the mistake of chasing players early in the season. I want to get a player like Boldin, or Colston, for cheap. I am referring to their first breakout years.....

My favorite thing about the blind bidding is having more money than the guy you know needs player 'x' and getting to outbid and screw him over at the end of the year....that's just fun, why end your season with money?
