Was messing around tonight, found this interesting.

Player A is Russell Wilson’s rookie and 2nd season and Player B is Tyrod Taylor’s first two years with the Bills.

Yeah, one was 24-8, the other was just under .500

Wins aren't necessarily the best way to evaluate a player, even a QB, but they certainly impact perception.

I do think Tyrod is underrated, probably around mid pack among starting QBs. I don't know that I'd call him a franchise QB but he is one with which the team can win - last night notwithstanding.

From a fantasy perspective it seems there is a belief Tyrod can’t grow and is destined to become a journeymen. When you look at both I think it’s amazing how similar they are. Both are great decision makers and rarely turn the ball over, both are outstanding runners and use that to their advantage, both of these specific sets of numbers are with below average receiving options and offenses that really heavily on a ground and pound/defense. I understand they are both the same age but it wouldn’t surprise me if in Tyrod’s age 29 and 30 season’s (and if they continue to try and keep Matthews/KB plus add new weapons) we don’t end up surprised at what kind of stats he is able to produce.
