They had cutbacks here a few years ago, closed the two that were closer to me.  I totally get that it’s a PITA for many.  

Yeah we gotte be careful with that.  Just because some stations have been closed in low income or high minority areas doesn't automatically translate into RACISM!

If there are closings in affluent, mostly white neighborhoods as well, then this argument falls flat.  Unless, of course, we are going to continue with the concept of minorities shouldt have to do the things non minorities have to do to get an ID.  It should be made easier specifically for them.
