Brad Johnson has not produced good/great points yet. He has a very good schedule the rest of the season and especially for the playoffs, do you think he can be a good option as a #2 QB?
You want Brad to be your backup, and if you are really hurting at QB (lets say you drafted Culpepper and Trent Green), then he can stop the bleeding. But that's it. Even with those tasty matchups, Johnson's role as a game manager is not going to change. His numbers could take an uptick if Troy Williamson gets back to the level of involvement he had in the first two games (and develops even slightly more consistent hands), but his upside is still a borderline QB1. He's the type of QB that won't put you in a hole, but also won't help you win many weeks. I would target Jon Kitna if you want to give your QB scoring a shot in the arm.
