Brady in Redraft Next Year (1 Viewer)

It seems crazy to say, but the guy is on pace to throw over 60 TDs.

I personally don't think he can keep it up, but barring injury..I am fairly certain he is going to break Manning's record that he attained the year before he started being the "one QB" that was acceptable to take in the first round.

In 2007, I witnessed many drafts in which Manning went at 9-10 all the way to 12 or 13.

In 2006, It seems like he was definitely going a little bit earlier than that...sometimes as high as 6 or so.

I personally would rather have no player on my team right now than Brady. I don't have him in a single league..but he is far more valuable right now than any of the preseason big-name RBs that went in the first 5-7 outside of LT (who he is actually outperforming big time)- guys like LJ, SA, Addai, Westy, FWP, etc..Consensus Top 5-7 ADP guys.

I can't see him falling past 4 or 5 at this point, honestly. That team is all business, they show up to play and Brady is stone-cold. I don't think this explosion is a one year fluke is what I'm saying. I think that that team has the weapons now to be just as dangerous for as long as they can keep that roster relatively intact.

Out of curiosity....

If Brady continues to perform at this level...how high do you take him next year?

Honestly....If he continues like THIS all year, I would think about taking him first overall.

How unreal.

Depends who his receivers are. Moss is a free agent after this year. Stallworth is due an $8 million roster bonus if he's on the team next year.

Way too high.People don't repeat these type of seasons.
I agree to an extent, but how can you pass on on Tom if he has Moss, Stallworth, Welker, and Watson? Those are amazing weapons. I gambled and took Manning 4th in the year after his record year. I regretted it early. I didn't have a #1 RB. I found that as soon as Manning had a good game (4 TDs in week 4) he became the most valuable player around. I traded Manning for Lamont Jordan and Thomas Jones. TJ and LJ ended up being top 10 RBs and consistent performers. I turned Manning into 2 #1 RBs. You can work out a real sweet deal for the player and thats why Brady is a a good pick next year.

You think there's any way they let Moss go if he keeps it up? I don't. I expect Stallworth to be gone based on $$ though.
I reviewed this is the other thread. I don't think Moss will insist on the most money he could possibly get, but he won't play for nothing like this year. The problem in NE is that they have a pecking order, and I'm not sure if they paid him a ton if the other long time heroes would be thrilled if he got paid a lot more than they did.

This guy is carrying any fantasy team that he is on. He will be a top 5 pick in most redrafts next year unless something catastrophic happens to him this year.

And there is a 0.01% chance he throws 3 TD's in each of his first 7 games next year. So anywhere in the top 5 or even first round is a bad pick.

But many will take him early in redrafts, expecting a repeat. Brady might just win many fantasy bowls this year if he keeps it up. If not, maybe I have a chance since I don't own Brady. :lmao:
