Lloyd is the #1 receiver on a team that should be behind a lot. Tebow and John Fox don't help his value, but he should still see a million targets. The horrific injury to Demaryius is also huge to consider here.

On the OP's question - it really depends on whether your team is a contender. If you are, take Lloyd. If not, take the 1st.
