When is the breaking news list supposed to be released for week 1?

breaking news doesn't usually start until at least 10:45am EST from the week 1 content page. The news tab is good to use also.

Additionally, something "might" be wrong with the week 1 content page. Not sure yet. Sunday displays as Sat. I started a thread about it.
