I'm interested in hearing what people have to say about the WRs that could breakout in 2008 (according to the 3 year rule):
This could be a good thread for owners that are looking to stash WRs entering their 2nd year in dynasty leagues that have "taxi squads"
Take a look at this list from the 2004 nfl draft:
Rd Sel# Player Pos. School
1 3 Larry Fitzgerald WR Pittsburgh
1 7 Roy Williams WR Texas
1 9 Reggie Williams WR Washington
1 13 Lee Evans WR Wisconsin
1 15 Michael Clayton WR Louisiana State
1 29 Michael Jenkins WR Ohio State
1 31 Rashaun Woods WR Oklahoma State
2 50 Devery Henderson WR Louisiana State
2 54 Darius Watts WR Marshall
2 62 Keary Colbert WR Southern California
3 77 Derrick Hamilton WR Clemson
3 78 Bernard Berrian WR Fresno State
3 82 Devard Darling WR Washington State
4 99 Carlos Francis WR Texas Tech
4 105 Samie Parker WR Oregon
4 108 Jerricho Cotchery WR North Carolina State
4 120 Ernest Wilford WR Virginia Tech
5 134 Johnnie Morant WR Syracuse
5 149 Maurice Mann WR Nevada
5 157 D.J. Hackett WR Colorado
5 163 Drew Carter WR Ohio State
5 164 P.K. Sam WR Florida State
6 168 Jamaar Taylor WR Texas A&M
6 171 Triandos Luke WR Alabama
6 195 Jeris McIntyre WR Auburn
6 199 Clarence Moore WR Northern Arizona
7 206 Mark Jones WR Tennessee
7 211 Sloan Thomas WR Texas
7 214 Jonathan Smith WR Georgia Tech
7 216 Patrick Crayton WR N.W. Oklahoma
7 244 Derek Abney WR Kentucky
and you'll notice a quite a few WRs that could be WR4 or better in 12 team dynasty leagues: Fitz/Roy Williams/Reggie Williams/Evans/Clayton(?)/Devery/Berrian/Cotchery/Hackett/Drew Carter. The 2004 nfl draft was a good year for WRs though.
Who are your picks from the 2006 draft that could be WR4 or better and then ones that could breakout and produce 1000+yard seasons?

T Wilson(no real competion for the WR#2 spot for CLE except Jurevicius)

Domenik Hixon are candidates that I believe could be WR4 or better in 12 team leagues.
What are your thoughts on Chad Jackson's situation? Moss and Stallworth are both signed for one-year. Is it likely NE will keep both of them after this year? If he shows the Patriots that he's recovered from the ACL injury mid-season, next year might be his shot.
