**Broncos at Chargers**(-3, 46) 4:05 (1 Viewer)

I think this is a game that is gonna really annoy fantasy players, as I think both defenses are better than the opposing offenses. UNDER feels like a good bet here.

Bo Nix has been nowhere near as good as his numbers so far and faces his toughest matchup to date. I'm not sure I'd be excited to start any Broncos this week.

I think the Chargers run game continues to contribute next to nothing, and its all on the pass game. I don't think it will last all season. Speaking of not lasting all season, I think Keenan Allen has kinda been the Chargers go-to guy (at least when plays break down) and I think that continues for now. I think he has a nice game, but as the season goes on, I expect him to be more the #3 WR (albeit in an offense which doesn't feature RB/TE in the receiving game)

Chargers cover and take a 2-game division lead.

I agree, slow burning candle with this one. I do think there is a chance Ladd breaks out a bit instead of being the guy that is clearing space. QJ has done enough to gain some attention and I think Herbert looks to Ladd to move the chains.

Huge divisional games is where Sutton steps up. He has caught some amazing TDs vs LAC.
I expect a bounce back game and they get him involved early.

Just A Feeling

Broncos a trendy Super Bowl pick in preseason aren't looking like one right now
Chargers are actually throwing the ball this year and look pretty good
Very interesting AFC West matchup that could be the game of the week

I'll go...

Justin Herbert's Team- 27

Bo Nix's Team- 23

Very important game, as the Chargers start by facing all 3 of their AFC West rivals. A 3-0 division start would be a huge boost.
Need the rushing game to start contributing, as they are currently 28th in the league at 3.4YPC.

LAC at home by 7

I kind of like Hampton today. Obviously everyone is out this week which is kind of why I like him. Makes no sense, but I think Harbaugh will want to keep his confidence up and give him chances to make some plays.

Mims did drop a very catchable ball whee he was wide open, yes/no?
Walk in for a TD

5-11?
More like 5-8/5-9 just by where he stacks up when he's walking y other players

McConkey an afterthought now. So disappointing.
It’s the QJ offense now.

You know, he's on my main team and I tried to move him last year at what I thought was his apex. He just doesn't have those WR1 traits you look for. He's a damn fine player who gets open like a champ, but he's not 6'3". It's weird, because QJ didn't run a 4.4 or anything even close. He's just good after the catch and apparently learned how to run routes or they scheme him open.

That's just a dumb penalty. Really, really freaking stupid. I mean, what are you thinking? You picked him up off of the ground and bodyslammed him.

A gift from the donkeys with all their boneheaded penalties. We’ll take it. I’ll be in the stands next week hoping we go to 4-0.

Oh, that's right. You're in New York. Hey, thanks for your help with my friend that time. That meant a lot that you did that. I appreciate it and will always remember it. That was so kind of you. Peace.

When the Broncos didn't go for the win on 4th and less than one to win the game, you knew it was over. Yes, that's overly simplistic but in today's NFL the right, higher-percentage result is to go. This isn't 1990. What was Payton thinking, they were in Mile High with a snowstorm to fall back on?

Where you are at on the field, especially with that much time, is of little relevance when compared to sealing the game. You had the ability to take the ball out of one of the best players in the league's hands in Herbert. Or, deliver the ball, wrapped in a bow, to his doorstep.

I can't stand the play-not-to-lose decisions. And this came from a coach that doesn't have to worry about his job in the least, so even worse.

That loss goes squarely on Sean.
