browser settings to prevent audio commercials from playing (1 Viewer)

I'm on Chrome.Usually have my vol off.

When I have spotify running nothing worse to be away from your desk and hear some freaking Geico commercial playing loudly.

Any settings on chrome to disable them on any site visited? any extension I should have?

I don't have adblock, would this do the trick?
