Might be best to temper any enthusiasm people may have for Pittman and/or Graham. Here's the info:

BUCS STILL LOOKING FOR ANOTHER BACK

Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers continue to search for new running backs via trade, in the wake of the loss of Cadillac Williams for the season.

Mort says that the Bucs offered a sixth-round pick to the Vikings for Mewelde Moore, and that trade talks continue. Other possibilities include Ricky Williams, who might not be reinstated before the October 16 trade deadline, and Chiefs tailback Priest Holmes, who is eligible to return from the PUP list a day before the trade deadline.

For now, the Bucs will go with Michael Pittman and Earnest Graham as the primary options.

No surprise. Like Adam Schefter said...the Bucs FO considers the loss of CW greater than the loss of Petigout.

Maybe the COMBO of EG and Pitt will do OK...I have no doubt personally that neither will be the answer alone.

i disagree. Pittman has shown that he can still perform at a high level when he filled in the Caddie last year. Pittman will be a pleasant surprise this year! Especially in PPR leagues. Mark it down!

Seems like more of a depth issue than anything. I don't see Moore beating out Pittman.
I think Moore is more talented than Pittman but he may not have enough time to show it given how he'll have to learn a new system and try to get up to speed.

I agree that Pitt is a decent option for fantasy...IMO a better option than Graham. But I was talking about winning games. I agree with the Bucs FO that we need more talent there. Of course Pitt did run for over 100 yards in the SB.
