Bulger done without Pace? (1 Viewer)

Any thoughts out there on him? After three lousy weeks against Sea, Car & SF, is it time to give up on him? He plays Arizona and could turn it around, but really has looked bad lately (not all his fault as the line is giving him no time at all and he has been getting pounded). With Chicago, Oak & WAS coming up after that, I can see him having a rough run.

Any STL people who have been following him?

The Rams actually did what they said they were going to do. SJax got the ball often and did well.Bulger led the team on the game winning drive very nicely. Maybe they need to look at running a no-huddle style offense more often. I look for a bounce back game against the Cards. Brad Johnson had a great game along with a great running game from Chester Taylor.

i am sticking with him this week. not feeling to comfortable during the playoffs...and might look elsewhere....just not that excited with what is left on the wire......

could i bench him for vy, jp losman, a. brooks.......

I am sticking with him for next week. I knew all along that the first week in the playoffs against CHI was going to be tough. Now, I'm thinking he's not worth a start in that game. I was feeling really good early in the season with Bulger and Holt, not so much anymore.

Brooks is looking alright, and yes you could bench him for VY against Hou wk 14 and FOR Brooks against Oak in week 15. and Losman week 16.Nice matchups and each of them have played pretty well. You can't bench him against AZ though in week 13...GL

Quarterback Marc Bulger missed the final three plays of the first half after absorbing a hard hit by San Francisco defensive end Bryant Young. At the time, it was announced that Bulger had the wind knocked out of him, but there was more to it than that.

"I've had a bruised rib," Bulger revealed after the game. "And he got me right on the spot. So it pretty much knocked the wind out of me, and I couldn't breathe. I couldn't get up."

Bulger said he has taken pain-killing shots for the rib injury "three or four weeks in a row now."

I saw this little tidbit on the blogger

that coupled with the Pace loss explain Tory "MIA" Holt.
