Wife and I have found a spot we like. Came on the market Sunday, already showing like crazy. I have not called my selling realtor to advise us on buying. I think the 3% savings may tilt in our favor if the sellers are considering multiple offers (which is likely a given). I also have other contingencies (like selling my own house) that present some friction so every edge helps.
Is this hard to do? For example, constructing an offer. I assume there are templates online or I can use a prior contract (made an offer on another place in May). Any input?
