Bye week waiver-wire strategy (1 Viewer)

I suppose I could just post this in the main WW thread, but -- and those of you without playoff byes can stop reading now -- the select group of us who have clinched byes are obviously playing fantasy at a superior level and shouldn't have to sully ourselves by slumming in threads with the hoi polloi.

In all seriousness, I only play in one league that has byes, and this is the first time I've clinched one. Trying to figure out how I should best approach my WW strategy.
Given that both of my starting WRs are currently in the concussion protocol (Lamb seems likely to be back by next week; Hiiggins I'm not so sure), I'm focused on finding WR depth; already picked up Coker but am looking at Jayden Higgins, Burden; Reed and possibly even Fannin as a flex. (Currently have Bouttie, Pearsall and Gadsden on my bench)

In terms of DSTs, I currently have Cleveland, whose recent performance and upcoming schedule has me a little worried. The ideal scenario would be a defense that has a tough matchup this week but cake matchups in W16-17. By that criteria, best option is probably New Orleans, which has an OK matchup this week (Carolina) and then finishes with NYJ/@Tenn. But are the Saints really that good?

What are others thinking?
