His responsibilities are essentially the same. He may have his hand down in nickel packages more often and/or have slightly fewer coverage responsibilities than he would in Miami, but it's a relatively marginal difference unless the Jets use a lot more 4-3 on base defensive downs than last year.

How does this move affect his fantasy value? Is he a top 25-30 LB nnow?

His value is essentially the same. He'll have to produce every bit of what he did last year in neutral scoring systems to stay in the top 25. I wouldn't bet on it.

What effect does Pace have on Harris?
Isn't Pace a stay on the field, accumulate tackles and be an all out "to the QB" type guy on passing downs? If Pace is a 3-Down player, his value maintains if he's accumulating sacks.
If he's a 3-Down player, doesn't he impact Harris' tackle totals?

I'm starting him at DL along with Terrell Suggs (also listed as DL) in my league. Pace's production was good for DL #5 last year, not sure what to expect this year. Suggs+Ogunleye(#7 DL in 2007) might be the better combo.

Yeah he and Gholston are both DL in my league...trying to figure out which one holds the better potential for the season

You didn't ask for opinion, but: Pace by a long shot. JMO. Check out Pace's numbers last year in a 3-4.

Yeah that is what I'm thinking. I guess one question a lot of people have about Pace is will he play at the same level now that he got his pay day. Either way, it seems funny to me that some sites still list Pace and other 3-4 OLBs as DL.

I drafted Gholston in the 2nd round hoping he'd be DL/DE (I needed DL help BIG time)...my MFL league now shows him as an LB.
