Can any Tenn homers elucidate the Titan's WR situation? (1 Viewer)

Definitely wouldn't want to have to start any of them. I'd pass on Jones (he'll probably go too high). Maybe look at Moulds/Roby/Williams (hard to tell what's going to happen -- too early).

I'd rather go with Vince or one of the backs (I'd put White #1) if I were going to own a Titan.

For this year, I'd go with Moulds. He's available in my league and many dynasty owners may let him slide, preferring to go with Jones or Roby in an attempt to get the next long term #1. Good value here.

It's really hard to tell at this point. Jones has been making some plays in camp, and Moulds has been receiving good review so far and has a good chance to start. Roby has been the one to make the most big plays so far judging by camp reports, and Roydell Williams is still in the mix. The last couple of days I have read in a couple of places that Paul Williams is coming on. Also throughout camp they have been saying that Chris Davis could make some noise in the slot. Gage has been quiet lately, little mention in reports. I'd probably rank them this way right now in terms of liklihood to make a fantasy impact this season, but we'll know a lot more after a few preseason games:

B.Jones (likely starter, likely TD leader among WR's)

E.Moulds (likely to have more catches than yards again, so better in PPR leagues)

C.Roby (Sleeper pick, he could be the one that busts out, he's caught long TD's and made great plays in camp such as reaching around a safety and catching a ball while hugging the guy like Prothro from Bama. Vince unhappy enough to see him possibly get hurt that he throws punch at safety who put cheap hit on him.)

R.Williams (Another possible sleeper, but Roby has gotten more love in camp reports)

C.Davis (slot receiver, so touches may be too limited to count on)

P.Williams (Lots of upside in dynasty leagues, may have best long term potential)

J.Gage (tall, may be a goalline target, not getting much mention in camp reports)

D.Givens (not likely to play much this year, may be on PUP or IR)

J.Orr (sorry Orr, you're getting cut)

B.Ealy (undrafted free agent making some good plays, but unlikely to be on final roster)

J.Filani (will be hard pressed to make the team)

None of these guys are safe bets and the ball could get spread around too much for any of them to be consistent producers for a fantasy team. Even TE is hard to predict with both Scaife and Troupe likely to see touches, though I'd pick Scaife over Troupe for fantasy purposes at this point. RB is still undecided too, but if you said I had to choose one today, it would be L.White. I think Chow wants to give him a chance to be the guy, but its anybody's guess what Lendale will do with that chance.

Summary: Other than Vince, there is not a guy on the Titans that is guaranteed right now to have decent fantasy production. Jones and White are the next best options. Moulds, Roby and R.Williams are probably only other draftable WR's until things shake out. Hopefully this will shake out more as camp and preseason games wear on. Scaife over Troupe at TE.

IMO from what I've seen is that Moulds is the guy to have. Moulds will be the possesion guy and a good redzone target for Vince. Teams will play alot of Zone against the Titans this year, trying to negate some of VY's running. Moulds has the experience to get open in Zone coverage. That's my educated guess. I see 50 receptions(about 3-4 per game) and 5-6 TDs from Moulds this year
