Tyrell williams for sure.  The chargers passing offense is way better than the Redskins rushing offense. Rob Kelley might not even last the season as their #1 back where Tyrell will be catching passes all year for the chargers.

I don't like either of these guys at all. That said Williams will likely be more valuable, as he's unlikely to lose his starting job as quickly.

Keep Williams.  Perine is the better back, so Kelly's time is running out. I also like Williams this year, for whatever that's worth.  Even if you're not high on Williams, like the commenter above, he's still (imho) a better choice than Kelly.

Williams.  Kelley is pretty much on borrowed time.

But it's not like Williams has a huge ceiling, but for a 16th rounder, still good value.
