I'd keep Brady, Gurley, and OBJ.

Brady is older, but with the way rules protect the QB he could play for another 3-4 years at a QB1 level.

Gurley is not as explosive this year compared to last, but the rest of the Rams' offense has to improve, taking pressure off Gurley.

If $24 is too pricey to keep OBJ, then I'd look at Shepard.  But starting 3 WRs, you would be wise to keep one solid starter.  I think there will be plenty of passes in New York to accommodate both WRs.  OBJ is definitely the better talent, but if the price is better for Shepard I wouldn't argue keeping him and saving some money.
