**Cardinals at Niners**(-2.5, 45) 4:25 (1 Viewer)

Uninspiring is the way I would describe the Cards the first couple weeks.
Yeah they won the games and so that's how you measure success but you get the impression they aren't that good
The Niners have been missing many of their stars on offense, still thy have managed to win games. Mac Jones will make his 2nd start of the season

To me, the Cardinals are a good time who has had 2 Mike McCarthy specials to start the season. A Mike McCarthy special, is basically dominating in the 1st half and then taking your foot off the gas SO HARD in the 2nd half, that you almost blow the win. McCarthy's 2010s Packers teams were the kings of that.

I actual think the Cards will look better against an actual good team. In particular, Kyler Murray and Trey McBride who seem to be able to connect at will but have only played about 4 quarters of meaningful football in 2 weeks.

I think the Cards D stifles Mac Jones, and we will absolutely see Brock Purdy in week 4. I wonder if Purdy will be active if he's not starting, because if he is, I do think he could end up taking over at some point.

Cardinals win to go to 3-0 in the NFL's best division. I'm predicting the division will 10-2 after Sunday.

49ers have an up and coming D, and LBs that can run with McBride. I think Arizona will have a hard time scoring today with Lenoir on Marv and Warner/Winters checking McBride and spying on the half pint.

Just A Feeling

Cardinals have a chance to become semi legit this week
Niners are banged up but keep winning

Let's say...

Team Playing A Backup Quarterback This Week- 26

Team Playing A Quarterback Who Should Be Better- 19

I see Cardinals ignoring their top 5 pick again. Why do you take a receiver that high & just don't use him. Part of it I guess is that Murray sucks but what a waste.

Harrison drop nominee for worst catch/miss of the season?
Did anyone see Dyami Brown last week vs the Bengals?
Announcer said you make that catch going into the end zone 100 out of 100 times
I'm just saying...

Pure volume right now for CMC, just no other true weapons to take any touches from him
Maybe Pearsall will get a look

88 total yds, 7 catches for CMC and inching towards a possible score

What a terrible call for Shanahan. Kick the FG. Your QB is limping around.
Don't mind going for it there at all. Hated the call, just run it again.
Jones barely handed it off previous play. Just take the 3 and regroup
So you don't run a stretch play. Run a toss or a dive or something. I think the FG isn't really that much better than making the Cards start at the 1. Or direct snap to CMC (who has thrown TD passes)

Wow. That was fortuitous.

And I'm sorry to say this, but Trey Benson is just not impressive. I mean, I don't know about him being the bellcow. I think I'll add Bam Knight or Mercado again.

Nothing surprising about that. Is this team really 3-0? Gotta love the unbalanced schedule of the NFL.
I don't see anything unbalanced about their schedule. It profiles as an easier one, but nothing unbalanced has happened yet. Hell, they won 2 division games, in what looks like the NFL's best division.

You’re right. But you’re really nitpicking. That’s fine and all but my unspoken point is that their schedule is likely to be exactly what people are saying. It’s probably the easiest in the NFL.

They need all the help they can as 1/2 their team is hurt haha

Very true. But isn't that the case two out of every three years or so? Geez. Who oversees their medical staff and physical conditioning?
