The last time the Washington football players were favored by at least 9.5 points was a home contest in 2017 against the 49ers when Washington was favored by 12. And they didn’t cover, winning only 26-24.

Paraphrasing Dinah Washington, what a diff'rence a year makes. Last season , the Fighting Riveras were favored in only four of 17-game regular season and didn't cover once.

This line spiked Friday night/Saturday morning in favor of WAS, so something hinky is going on and I'm not going to bet it, although the spread makes sense.

I'm in a similar boat. Its a juicy match-up, but DJ (already made of glass) w/ ankle, hamstring, ribs... could be a WAS blowout... which could = garbage time fantasy gold, but maybe they just rest him? My option is Davante Adams @PIT.

A lot of 1st round busts become backups. Capable but not starter material.

However Bryce Young is not even back up material.
