Agreed. He started out incredibly strong but I'd give him more credit for coming back after a few down years. 

Not a HOFer, but still give him his due.

Pretty solid career. 12th all-time in TD passes. Always wondered what might have been if he hadn’t gotten hurt in that playoff game.

It was time. Looking forward to a new coach and QB next year. This team still has DJ, one of the best weapons in the league, a HOF WR that can still play, and one of the very top pass rushers and cover corners in the league, and an excellent young secondary guy in Budda Baker. And there are a lot of very good other pieces in place - WR and O-line need some work, but that’s really the only big weaknesses.

I’d love to see them draft a QB early and sign an Alex Smith or even Case Keenum for the transition. 

I don’t feel like this is a “rebuild.” There are some very good pieces in place that can still win some games.

Really weird career. Only 5 winning seasons out of 14. Four seasons cut short by injuries. Basically a .500 QB with 1 playoff win. Can only wonder what could have been if he stayed healthy and / or had played on some better teams.
