I assume cbssports' site can do online drafts. Also assume they can incorporate keepers and allow draft picks to be edited to show trades.

Can an online draft be setup where the commish has control of the majority of the picks, but not all?

We've had great attendance at our draft party over the years, but a few guys will miss this year.

What we'd like to do is provide an online option for the guys who aren't there, but allow the commish to simply plug in picks as they occur for all of the guys that are there in person.

Can cbs do this?

Yes. Whoever has commish powers can make a pick for any team that is OTC - those teams that are on-line with him can make their own picks.

Yes. Whoever has commish powers can make a pick for any team that is OTC - those teams that are on-line with him can make their own picks.

Yup...I commish a CBS league and I make picks for guys all of the time. Your other assumptions are also correct.
