CBS Sportsline: All week 5 games show 0-0 tie ? (1 Viewer)

This is a major problem now for people who have their leagues on Sportsline. 2 weeks in a row, no changes can be made the hour before kickoff on Sunday morning. Absolutely unacceptable.

I wish there was a way to get $$ back. They have to do something for all the leagues that are completely getting screwed over because of their tech problems.

I'm sick of getting calls from the other owners complaining that they can't make moves. I'm really getting pissed, and would love for every CBS owner to switch sites next year.

yup. i just submitted a nasty email so maybe their customer service is better than we think.

My suggestion is that someone drafts a generic complaint letter that all users can send to sportsline.com demanding their money back or at least a partial refund for weeks that were affected.I think if they see the same letter, over and over again, they'll probably get the point. A place like this would be a great start to get this rolling

They do not care about us. Not even a little bit. I emailed them a question over a month ago and still no response. CBS Sportsline does not care about their customers, not even a little bit.3 of my leagues are still hard down. #### this place
