CEH or C. Davis PPR Flex Spot (1 Viewer)

Would you start C. Davis over CEH in the flex spot?  Started Shepard over Davis and have Evans in second WR spot.

Any help would be great.

CEH, and it may not be close. NE always takes away a team's best weapon, that's obviously Davis in NY.
