I can find redraft rankings all over the place but haven't found one yet for keeper leagues. We are starting over in a league I have been in for three years, because we lost a bunch of managers through those years and are starting up again with a 10 team league. Any help would be appreciated.

I assume it's pretty much the same as redraft, with high potential rookies and minor leaguers starting to fly off the board a little sooner....

Draft or auction? The reason there aren't many is there are just so many variables between leagues and even in startup leagues so many different strategies teams could take. Most are based on projections for players for this year so the value for example for Mike Trout is based on fewer plate appearances since he will start the year at AAA Salt Lake and who knows when he will get to Anaheim? And in auction leagues you don't want to pay an inflated salary based on potential when you won't get much this year and will then have a higher price for next year.It would make it much easier for everyone in the league if you did the draft/auction based on opening day rosters and then had a draft for minor leaguers. As far as the keeper aspect you can see my Minor League Prospect lists at www.mastersball.com - those are the guys you want for the future (I don't include players who were in the majors last year and are going to be there this year - like a Matt Moore or Jesus Montero)
