Chicago at Cleveland (Preseason week 4) (1 Viewer)

I am not certain but I believe Benson is sitting this one out and Jones will play VERY little. Grossman will play a couple of series and then Griese will come in.

Jones, O-Gun, Urlacher and company can use a short night after the late night b-day bash for Jones and O-Gun the other night.

The Bears should have their first string offense on the field for the entire first half.

But the arrogant Lovie Smith and Jerry Angelo will have nothing to do with that.

This offense is not in sync whatsoever....

Good thing they have a Week One Bye (aka Green Bay).

reporting from the game

browns run D looks great, browns pass D looks fine, D'Quell jackson is the reason that Chicago has been able to move the ball, three blown pass coverages.

browns offense really does look that bad.

Grossman looked very sharp, should have thrown 2 TD's but A. Curry dropped an easy one. The Bears special teams looks very good. The Browns 2nd string defensive line is putting it to the Bears' second stringers. Tank Johnson(DT) looks healthy, helping an already powerful defensive line. There really isn't much to take from this game.

You know I was thinking te same thing, other than pretty good Run D from the Browns and good QB play from the Bears it's been pretty vanilla.

I think there is a lot to take from this game. Grossman was right on target on every throw except maybe one. not sure if the WR slipped or if two guys kind of ran into the direction of the pass. I know it's only pre-season, but at least the Bears O showed something. They are going to be fine. Bears first team D looked real good.

Ya know, I don't remember the Browns busting Winslow deep at all this pre-season. I wonder if they're sand-baggin' him...
