Strength of the line is on the sidelines.
I think next year it’s gonna be a lot better. Harbough will get this team turned around.

I have a ton more faith in Jim then that POS they had the last 3 years. That was a dumpster fire.

It is, but some of it is on him. I know he's injured, other players on the team are hurt, blah blah blah. There is always another excuse for him when he fails yet again in a game against a very good/great team. And I like Herbert, but I had zero faith that he'd lead the team down the field once he got it back down 17-10.

I think it's time to put him with Trevor Lawrence.. Vastly overrated who people can't admit is overrated.. They will just find every excuse to justify bad play.

Yeah, they might be the best team not to make the playoffs this year.. Great coach

The defense was great early but to give up 17 unanswered to lose the game? Same bat time, same bat channel.
Herbert has put elite play on tape in the NFL, Lawrence never has. Herbert might be closer to someone like Dak, where he's clearly good, but can't fully carry a team.

I don't know my friend, I don't remember alot of elite from Herbert.. I do remember him contriubting to blowing a 30-14 lead in the playoffs tho.

That tends to happen when your offense doesn't score again after 12 minutes into the 1st quarter. The offense had 224 total yards, 74 of that on the opening drive. You give up 17, you should win the game. Can't put this on the D.

Wasn’t trying to out it on the D. It’s a team game. The O and the coaches lost this one. But the Hunt 5 yards per touch down the stretch hurt that much more when you can’t score and can’t get the challenges right.
I’m much more angry than I should be after an expected loss. If they lose by 7 at home, what does that translate to at Arrowhead?

Understood about the blame. It's been a pattern these last 2, the D is getting worn down by the mid third to fourth quarter because the offense can't stay on the field. Just like last year and years prior.
I think they can beat the Chiefs in KC if the Chargers have their best players at 100%, maybe even 90%. Problem is that is an infrequent occurrence.
I have seen Herbert carry this team and his defense piss it away time and time again.
Reminds me of Marino 1985 thru 1989.
Herbert is still quite young and now has a really good coach. Give John a couple more years and I see the Chargers making a lot of noise. I mean he already has them playing better with several injuries and his star QB on a badly sprained ankle.
