Chris Brown vs Jacksonville (1 Viewer)

I hate his matchup. I hadn't really considered playing him. But when your Jet running backs are playing at Minnesota, your Carolina running backs have no QB to protect them, and you're staring at names like Aveion Cason and Arlen Harris, suddenly Chris Brown and his fresh legs become intriguing at RB2.

Can I really start him against Jacksonville? I'm terrified of their run D. Yet at the same time I'm hoping he can reap the benefits of playing on the same field as Vince Young.

Is anyone else starting him this week? If so, who are you starting him over?

I may start Brown, but not with confidence. However, I have about 45 minutes to decide because my other choice is Dunn, who is playing tonight. Norwood is inactive.

Ditto. I'm not happy starting either, but knowing Henry is out would help. I may just plug in Cotchery.

Running back Travis Henry was limited in practice with an ankle injury, but said he expects to play on Sunday against the Jaguars. Receiver Drew Bennett also returned to practice.

Tight end Bo Scaife did not practice and is still slowed by an ankle injury.

Running backs Chris Brown and LenDale White shared the reps today.

“If Travis can’t go, then I would expect to share the reps (in the game) between Chris and LenDale,’’ Fisher said. “It doesn’t matter who starts.’’
