Chris Henry WR projections for this week (1 Viewer)

Various rankings have Chris Henry in the mid 30's for WR. That seems a bit low considering how well he did on his first week back with 99 yards and some nice catches. He had one less look than TJ and one more than Chad J, so he is fitting in nice in the mix.

Palmer didn't look particularly great throwing the ball last week in the red zone, but he didn't need to do much to get the win. So he was a bit conservative, making sure there were no interceptions, etc. Arizona should be scoring a bunch more on Cinci, so they will need to take more shots in the EZ, instead of running.

I would think Arizona's #3 cover guy could get burned pretty well by Henry, as well as the other Cinci receivers getting their share.

I agree that the Cards #3 cover can't handle Henry, but the problem is that the #1 and #2 covers can't handle Housh and Johnson meaning they may be getting the balls.

I am considering starting him over Andre Johnson in his return game, but a #3 is just so hard to predict.

I wouldn't be surprised, perhaps even expect, to see Henry post 5/120/1TD with his TD coming from long range (for those of us who get more points from long TDs).

Vs the Saints? Did you see Ike Bruce, Holt and McMichael running wild last week?I'm not saying Henry won't have a good game (Henry owner myself) but you're just giving away points if you don't start AJ vs. the Saints.

Not to highjack the thread, but this is AJs first game back and we really don't know what to expect, whereas Henry looked good and seems ready to catch a long bomb for a TD against the Cards.

Agreed. I like Henry a lot this week but no way would I start him ahead of Johnson. The Saints-Texans game should be a shootout and I expect both team's passing games to put up some big numbers.

I'm starting him alongside Palmer and CJ over Lee Evans.. hoping for some fireworks Vs ARI
