The nature of FF safeties. Sometimes they come out of nowhere fast and head back out just as fast. Sometimes is the improved play upfront and other times it's the decline of a player. I player can also be doing more on the field to compensate for a younger player/rookie and thus not collect as many stats, due to other responsibilities on the field/coverage.Unless you are in the long haul, you might consider trading while someone will still take a chance on his name value. Not saying sell him for nothing, but it's something to think about.
Agreed. Relatively little opportunity in Week 1 and was likely stuck in the usual Cover-2 the Titans run against the Colts last week. Should be better this week against the Saints.

Their defense as a whole is playing better which seems to be limiting both his chances and Bulluck's chances. I had both on my team last year and they were awesome. Unfortunately, Hope's slow start coupled with his wk4 bye mean that i dropped him and am taking a chance on Marlin Jackson.
Hope is definitely hurting because the Titans are controlling TOP against their opponents in weeks 1 & 3. Means less time for Hope to make tackles. If you remember, the Titans were awful the first 6-8 weeks of last season. I think they're due for a fall later in the season, so he'll probably get it back together.
