First off I know the abuse R. Bush gets but we are talking FF and Bush is a top 10 PPR RB.

A) Does Johnson have the talent to put up receiving numbers like Bush?

B) Is there a team that will give him as many looks and opportunities as Bush gets to put up those numbers?

I'm inclined to believe the answer to A is yes. But I'm not so sure there is a team that will give him the amount of opportunities that Bush gets.

I can't remember any RB getting as many chances as Reggie Bush, but I think comparisons to MJD are the best you can hope for. HE's very fast and very small. The same can be said for Garrett Wolfe. Nice underdog story but I don't think he makes an impact in the NFL.

We don't know where he will land, but I am guessing he will put up receiving numbers that surpass his rushing number (ala Chris Perry 2006). I would expect 300 yards rushing, 50 receptions and 500+ yards receiving at best in 2008.

He definitely has the talent to put up receiving numbers like Bush. He has excellent hands, and he is great for getting lots of yards after the catch. He is very very fast. He did a lot of receiving as a rb at ECU, because for one he is great at catching the ball, and ECU's offensive line was not very good and didn't make many holes for Johnson, so many times they took advantage of Johnson's multiple skills through the air. He is also a great kick returner.

I don't know.

He's a target of mine in a deep keeper league. Not because I expect a lot out of him in '08 but because I think he has enough talent to rise to the top. He's got a skill set similar to Bush w/o the hype. Probably more of a Norwood in his chances this year. Maybe a bit more than that but not too significant.
