Surprised to find that Texans cut Chris Ogbonnaya today to make room for Derrick Mason.

What's the implication here?

Andre Johnson going to take longer to heal?

or Chris Ogbonnaya just wasn't good enough as #2 in the RB depth chart.

Any chance Ogbonnaya ends up somewhere? Washington?

Tate and Ward are both healthy and they don't need 4 RBs. He'll be on the PS soon.

Just thought Shanahan would add to his stable of running backs--and also redskins utilize the same zone blocking in the run game. I had picked up Ogbonnaya when the texans backups were injured.. well wishing for a lotto ticket. Guess it's back to trolling the waiver wire ..
