In non ppr it is Chubb easily.  What makes you ask this question?  Are both on waiver wire?  Also, with the saying stash and dash I assumed dynasty, is that correct?

Have Chubb, Hines available via FCFS. Not true dynasty but can keep for 2 years. Thanks for everyone’s input.
