Cincinnati Bengals vs. Buffalo Bills - Preview (1 Viewer)

Doug Johnson for a bootleg to the right for a 1st down. Nice play call, he was very clear and had alot of room.

1st down: Wilson takes a loss...3-4 yards imo. He had nowhere to go...Bills D penetrated well.

Reggie McNeal attempts an end around reverse for the Bengals, but is hit and fumble...Buffalo recovers and fumbles on the return out of bounds. The play is being reviewed

The play stands...Bills ball on the Bengals 18 yard line

The Bengals depth has shined again tonight. The rookies are very impressive. Joseph has done well, also Peko again has shown up nicely. Chris Henry has been MIA, I don't know if Marvin knows something or he is just trying to get the other WRs some time, but he hasn't been out there from what I've seen. Wright is looking better and better as a potential week 1 starter. Still, Carson is amazing and a beautiful man. *man crush*

I think CHenry starts his trial on Monday, so that might be the reason. Here is the news blurb:Bengals' Henry set to start trial

(Rotoworld) WR Chris Henry's trial for concealed weapon charges in Florida is scheduled to begin on Monday and the receiver is expected to miss some practices.

Impact: Henry has looked great this preseason, racking up 11 receptions for 178 yards through two exhibitions. He has two other pending trials, including a DUI case that will likely come with a four-game league suspension.

Yes, I agree with the bolded part. I apologise for neglecting the Defensive specifics in my attempt to cover the game. :bag:

WHOA...Nall nearly completed an amazing pass to Wilson in the deep left of the endzone...but Wilson stepped on the line.

Nall follows it up with a 20 yard completion to Denny at the 10.

Nall again to Denney to the 5.

Timout Buf.

Jackson attempts to run outside to the left...he is stopped for no gain.

Timeout Buffalo...3rd and goal from the 3. Fred Jackson again tried to the right...stopped again.

Another time out. 1:06 left.

OK, I apologise if my noob attempt at the game coverage was not up to the standard FBG level. However, someone had to do it. :hey:

I look forward to the opinions of others who will view the game later and those who saw the game live and have not yet been able to post.

You did a great job, and your efforts are greatly appreciated. Who dey.

Losman has been under-throwing alot...it could be the mild rain, but I don't think that excuse has legs.
I heard it was more of a heavy rain... ?
AS far as I can tell from the TV screen, it has not looked bad at all. A. Wright is making some very nice accurate passes right now. And Q. Wilson is making some nice powerful runs for the Bengals. EH...well, that last one will be called baclk for holding.
Just for curiosity, where is this game on TV tonight? Cincy? It was blacked out in Toronto & Buffalo.

Just caught the highlights on ESPN. Dang McGahee looks like he is finally back to form. Could be a big year from him.

I viewed it from Louisville, KY.

He had one awesome run...and I give him credit for that...but the rest of the Bill's running game left much to be desired in my opinion. I do know that we cannot 'throw out' the 'good runs', for that would be deceptive, but on the whole, the Bengals looked much stronger throughout the whole game. This is just my opinion however. :)
