I think it comes down to the hound to skull ratio here. spells should be automatic 2 freeze 3 rage.

My original plan was to pop the cc with hogs and use the kill squad in my CC to dispose of them. Now thanks to PB (Happy Birthday by the way) we know the CC contains a hound and I plan to just ignore it.

Now that my kill squad is useless I think i am going to dump it and ask for a golem. Then use the golem, my AQ, and maybe some hogs to take out the AQ and AA hopefully.

Then come in from 12:00-2:00 with 3 hounds and a ton of loons. Maybe some mins to cleanup.

I currently have 3 rage/2 freeze built. My plan is to frage the inferno and up xbows once the loons get in range. Pretty sure the freeze covers both, someone check my logic here.

The pathing to the AAs is pretty good so hopefully I can keep the hounds alive until I get closer to the TH.

We need some base redesigns in FBGs. If you're getting 3 starred consistently, this means you. All TH9's should have fully centered CC's. The goal is to prevent the 3 star, not two. Make use of all your walls, this will prevent Gowipe 3's.

Some of our TH10's could also use some redesigns. We keep giving up easy two stars.

I know it's a pain in the ###, but every star counts.

I got three starred by a fellow TH8. He just used a fully upgraded GoWipe with Witches in the CC and a lvl 10 BK. Just broke right through to my core, and finished off with wizards. His Golems survived to the end.

This was just a ground and pound clinic.

Looking at some of the failed raids the wiz towers out in space really messed up tracking and crushed loons that headed that way while aa kept pounding hounds. It's for sure something to watch out for.

Their 12 is good. I'm gonna come up with something new and test it out. I wish I could find a base I could run as a trophy base and a war base to see how people approach it.

This was my worst war ever, but I was swamped at work and rushed one of my attacks.

I got zero stars and was three starred by another TH8. Epic failure.

Seems to me you want an endtime that's around 6:00 or 7:00 west coast in order to coordinate the last hour of attacks.

Seems to me you want an endtime that's around 6:00 or 7:00 west coast in order to coordinate the last hour of attacks.

Plus the start time is convenient for those that want to do an early drunken raid in the first hour and hit again in the early am after an overnight cook.

As one of the west coasters, early time really hurts my ability to make an impact.

It does not appear that First Blood has the ammo to catch up to us. We are running low on attacks from our top guys - is it time to stop focusing on maximizing stars per base and instead trying to ensure we get at least 1 star on as many as possible?

We have not gotten a start on their #1, #4, #10, or #11 yet. #4/#11 haven't been attacked at all.

We have an attack left by our #2, #3, #4, #7, #8, #9, #10 (x2), and #11, and several more in the teens.

It might affect how someone attacks - i.e. playing it safer to make sure at least one star is won.

He - well, everyone - needs a legit attack path.

At TH9, it could be hogs (where you need max hogs), GoWiXx (where you need TH9-max golems), or a version of lava hounds (where you need TH9-max lava hounds and max loons). It's easiest to get max hogs and use that until another path has been researched fully.
