Clay Harbor (1 Viewer)

starting him out of desperation -- only had Jared Cook as my TE who is done, so it's him or Housler for me.

Last week I saw a statline of 6 catches / 52 yards and a TD. I would take that in a heartbeat tonight. Is the Bengals defense really good at locking down the TE position?

People who do not want to win a title.Foles, Brown, Avant and now Harbor?Epic fail coming tonight for anyone to start an Eagle, Cincy has something to play for.

Phenix makes some good points, but there's no doubt that Harbor is athletic and can catch. I'm not looking at all of the TE rankings right now, but I think that you could definitely do worse.

Harbor could be a nice stash for next week vs. WSH, too.

Picked him up as an option with Gates set to start. I think he is worth a wait and see or desperate plug in, he has a better match up next week.

That needs to be tempered with the expectation that Celek will be back for Week 16.

Left myself in a bad spot in my dynasty league at TE. Only have Celek and some guy from Miami so it's Harbour for me tonight. Not expecting much

Plugged him in. Only other options were Housler, Lewis and just picked up Thompson. Dont want any oart of Lindley and Lewis is way too inconsistant. Figerscrossed

Seriously though, if you are in the playoffs and you started this guy, you deserve to go home.

You were really gonna put a guy on a Thursday night game in your lineup knowing the risks? So many better options, never believe the hype, see it first.

Sometimes you need a hail mary, not many options in a league with 16 teams and 50 roster spots(IDP). Figured they would pass a ton and he'd fall into a decent floor type production. But yeah, bad decision, I agree Phenix

Eagles TE Clay Harbor suffered back spasms in Thursday's loss to the Bengals.Harbor was drilled in the back just before halftime. "I really couldn't move the way I wanted to or do anything the way I wanted to after that play," explained Harbor. "I was just laboring and trying to fight for my teammates at that point knowing Brent's out and obviously I have to go." Brent Celek is expected to return for Week 16 versus the Redskins.

Easy to say after the fact, but when you have garbage like Keller and VD as your other options, there really are no other options.

I stated it before the fact as well.

Again, if you are leaving a clear stud on the bench to start Harbor, you are absolutely right, but with garbage on the bench that I was dealing with, I feel Harbor was well worth the risk.

very well.

Everything considered he was a reasonable risk if your TE options were outside the top 5.

Sometimes they just don't work out and/or a player gets inj during the game to weaken his stats.

I didn't start him anywhere but I did pick him up a few times to block opponents that were looking at Dallas Clark for TE.

He rec'd some redzone looks so it could have much better.

see it first.
That would be week 14 when we all saw it.Harbor had a bad game but quit patting yourself on the back. He got 3 red zone targets and apparently gutted out the second half while hurt. Worked out to a bad game but it happens, especially to TE's this year. Rudolph has had 3 donuts and he's a borderline top 10 TE in most formats.
