Close call at Fire (1 Viewer)

So, do news people have to ask permission to use this footage now? Was it always like that with YouTube videos? It would be good practice to use it and give a description as to who filmed it but do they need permission to use it?

Yeah, that fire was nuts. That's maybe a mile from my house. Funny thing is, the complex was on the news this morning because people were complaining about the fact that it abuts an old cemetery on two sides. Suddenly it's burned to the ground...

Why didn't he keep dropping down each floor and just bone out on foot?
He was lucky not to miss and fall all the way down the first time. That was not an easy jump at all.

I was surprised he didn't swing further inward before dropping, then again that would have meant one more larger swing outward and I can understand him wanting to split the difference.

Incredible escape.

Dude amazingly kept his cool in that situation - far better than I probably would have. Bet that beer tastes extra good tonight.
