I’m in two CFF leagues, but I don’t really think any are that great. College is a lot tougher to nail than NFL. I mostly just go by research and gut. If you are willing to pay, Campus2Canton has some good folks working for them that pull together rankings for CFF, devy, and Campus2Canton leagues.
