Collins could be a tackle monster vs. Elliott if he is on the field full-time. The risk is in not knowing how thoroughly Cleveland will work him in one game after the trade.
I'd be tempted to roll with Collins unless you really need a moderate to high floor at LB. Upside is hard to ignore here imo.
